Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: March 1, 2026

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. If a project is cancelled before any work has begun, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellation

Either party may terminate an engagement by providing at least seven (7) days written notice. GoodGTM is entitled to payment for all work completed up to the effective date of termination. Any prepaid amounts for undelivered work are non-refundable.
